1. Third-party trademarks
The names of platforms, services and registered trademarks mentioned within EpigraphIA —including, without limitation, Amazon KDP, Kindle, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and others— are used solely as descriptive references to indicate technical compatibility or context of use.
EpigraphIA and Xolo Beaver Studios Inc. are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies. All registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
2. EpigraphIA trademarks
"EpigraphIA", "Xolo Beaver Studios", the product logos and the "Xolo" and "Beaver" assistants are trademarks and brand identity elements of Xolo Beaver Studios Inc. You may not use them without written authorization.
3. Artificial intelligence providers (BYOK)
EpigraphIA operates under the BYOK ("Bring Your Own Key") model. When you configure API keys from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Replicate, you use those services under your own account and subject to each provider's terms. The mention of these names is functional and descriptive (to indicate which services the app can connect to); it does not imply affiliation, partnership or endorsement by those companies of EpigraphIA, or by EpigraphIA of them. Their models and technologies are the property of each provider.
4. Pixabay content
Images and music tracks obtained through the Pixabay integration are governed by the Pixabay Content License. Their use is free, including for commercial purposes, but that license has restrictions: broadly speaking, you may not resell or redistribute the content as-is, without significant transformation. You are responsible for using that content in accordance with the Pixabay license.
5. Fonts
EpigraphIA may use fonts under a variety of licenses. Some have restrictions on embedding in commercial files. The Application warns you when a font has a license that restricts embedding and suggests open-license alternatives. You are responsible for using fonts in accordance with their licenses.
6. Third-party software
EpigraphIA incorporates free/open-source and third-party software components (for example, image, video and document processing libraries). Those components are used in accordance with their respective licenses and are the property of their authors.
