Here you will find the legal documents that govern your use of the EpigraphIA desktop application, developed by Xolo Beaver Studios Inc. By downloading, installing or using EpigraphIA you accept the Terms of Service and the accompanying policies. We encourage you to read them carefully.
- Terms of Service The rules that govern your use of EpigraphIA: license, content ownership, the BYOK model, warranties and liability.
- Privacy Policy What information is handled (and what is not): your content lives on your computer. Your rights under PIPEDA, CCPA/CPRA, LFPDPPP and GDPR.
- Acceptable Use Policy What you can and cannot do with EpigraphIA: prohibited uses, permitted uses and the consequences of violations.
- LFPDPPP Privacy Notice (Mexico) Notice under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), including ARCO rights.
- DMCA Policy (Copyright) How to report copyright infringement, the takedown process and counter-notifications.
- Trademark Notice and Attributions Third-party trademarks, EpigraphIA trademarks, AI providers (BYOK), Pixabay content, fonts and third-party software.
- End-User License Agreement (EULA) The specific software use license agreement: perpetual, up to 2 devices, one-time payment, updates included at no cost while EpigraphIA remains in active development.
- Refund Policy 14 days to get your money back without justification, how to request, what happens with your license and content, and geographic availability.
- Affiliate Program Terms 20% commission per sale with your code, how to apply, permitted use of trademarks and monthly payout through Lemon Squeezy.
